A heated die stamps a sheet of foil onto the already printed substrate leaving a foil stamp on the label which provides a rich and impressive visual image. This service can be advantageous to the candle, wine, financial, food and cosmetic industries. Embossing creates a similar rich and attractive appearance to any label by provide texture to a label. Commonplace in the wine and spirits market, embossed labels raise text, logos or images in a specific portion of the label above to the surface of the substrate. Blanks & Thermal Labels

Blanks & Thermal Labels

A large portion of the labels going out our doors each day are blank labels. These labels can be produced in any size, on any material and wound on 1”, 1 ½”, 3” or any custom core sizes. Most of our customers use these for use in their Datamax, Zebra, Dymo or UPS Printers and these can be wound to any OD (Outer Diameter) in order to accommodate production requirements. Many of our friends ask us to print their standard company information on a label leaving room for individual product details to be printed at a later time. When supplied to a thermal printer, the user can individually identify their product while ensuring the company branding information remains easily noticeable.. Thermal transfer printers utilized a ribbon to transfer the image onto the label whereas direct thermal printers use heat. Let us know which one works for you and we’ll walk you through the order process to provide you with the solutions you desire.
