Ever want to stick something anywhere and the surface was just too rough it didn’t cooperate? Ever want to move that label from one place and reapply it to another without leaving an adhesive residue? ClingZ has developed an electrically charged polypropylene film that does the trick and Tri-Flex has the ability to flexographically print and convert it.

This substrate is a nonadhesive film that works similarly to static cling as way to adhere to nearly any indoor surface such as glass, drywall, metal, brick, paper or product material. It becomes a creative way to promote your product or attract new customers through its flexible use and marketing appeal. Its repositionable ability allows it to be taken from one location and reapplied to another making its uses endless. An array of industries have found benefits to ClingZ’s versatile use when selecting a material for their labels.

  • Direct Mail Houses use ClingZ for application to promotional pieces to be used as a coupon or removed to expose printed information displayed below.
  • Display Manufacturers find that ClingZ can adhere to any of their produced materials for point of purchase promotion and merchandising opportunities.
  • Publishing Industry executives use ClingZ for magazine inserts or as a temporary label throughout the magazines, newspaper or books pages.
  • Beverage Bottlers find that it can be the ideal use for glass applied promotional pieces to drive brand recognition and increase sales.

Tri-Flex recently had the opportunity to manufacture using this innovative material for use as a window promotion piece. Its ability to be supplied in flexo friendly rolls makes it a stock applicable for use in all of our Mark Andy presses. According to Clingz, the white or clear film can be slit to 10” or custom widths from their master rolls and is available in lighter weight liner for roll to roll application or a heaver liner for roll to sheet application. Ask a customer representative how a Tri-Flex printed ClingZ product can be useful for you.
